TERMS - Payments must be made online via the shopping cart. Currently
we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal as form
of payment.
SALES TAX -
We will need a current copy of your "Tax Exemption Certificate" if
located in Florida.
ORDERS - We will ship on hand items
immediately and backorder the balance. If you want your order only shipped when
complete you can specify this on the checkout screen in the comment box. (This
could delay shipment waiting on backorders).
SHIPPING
CHARGES - Shipping charges will be added to all orders. All backorders will incur separate shipping charges.
INITIAL ORDER - Our minimum
initial order amount is $500 for "Bulk Buyer" accounts.
MINIMUM REORDERS - Our minimum reorder amount is $100
for "Bulk Buyer" accounts.

Buyer" AREA
- The "Bulk Buyer" Area of our website is "Username" & "Password" protected.
This area is for "Bulk Buyer" purchases only and not to be used by or for individual
purchases. Please see "FRAUDULENT USE OF USERNAME &
PASSWORD" below. Do not give your "Username & Password" to
anyone. If you think your "Password" has been compromised, please
notify us and we will change it.
SAMPLES - We do not provide
free samples. Please order samples along with regular merchandise.
RETURNS - If you find that any of our products have been
shipped with a material or manufacturing defect please contact us at 1-877-717-7366 for return instructions. You will be issued an RMA#. Any returns
without an RMA# will be refused. After your return has been inspected and if
determined to be defective, we will ship out a replacement item.
REFUNDS - We do not issue refunds, which is
industry
standard.
CLAIMS - If you find a shortage on your shipment please
notify us within five (5) days of receipt. If your shipment container (box)
appears damaged upon delivery, please note the damage with the shipper so as to help in the claims process.
USERNAME
& PASSWORD - To receive discount prices
you will need a Username & Password. To obtain your Username & Password you will need a
Tax Exempt certificate if located in Florida. This insures us that
you are in fact a legitimate "Bulk Buyer". Please fax to us at 1-815-717-7366 a copy of your Exempt certificate along with your email address, telephone
number and contact name.
We will setup a Username & Password and email it to you. We reserve the right
to refuse issuance of a Username & Password to anyone.
FRAUDULENT USE OF
USERNAME & PASSWORD: Your
"Username & Password" are issued to you as a legitimate bulk buyer. Do not give
it to anyone or permit it to be used by anyone. Your information will be checked
against your Account name and shipping address. Should we find another person
using your information we will disable it and close your account.
